We had a great time on Wednesday at our Venture Builder Incubator (VBI) welcome event to celebrate the start of the fourth VBI. It was an exciting evening of innovation, networking, and celebration. The event, held on 8th November, was opened with an introduction from VBI Programme Manager Laura Bernal, Bayes Centre Director Professor Ruth King and Duncan Martin Head of Entrepreneurship at the Bayes Centre. This was followed by a fun game of bingo where our community had the chance to learn more about the brilliant ideas our founders are looking to commercialise. The event was a fantastic opportunity for our community to meet the latest cohort of promising companies and individuals taking part in this year’s VBI programme. The event went well with over 90 people attending in person. Programme Manager Laura Bernal said: It is exciting to see the community getting bigger and stronger every year. We look forward to continuing to bring the ecosystem together to support emerging and scaling startups. The event ended with networking and a selection of drinks and appetizers.
