Event Booking Enquiry

The Bayes Centre hosts and accommodates a high volume of routine and high-profile events. Event hosts are therefore asked to take responsibility for the coordination of catering, room set up, security, AV and other event related requirements.

Please email Bayes-Events@ed.ac.uk  for all event enquiries. Please include the following information in your email:

1. Organiser Name
2. Organiser Email
3. Event Title
4. Event Purpose
5. Event Date
6. Event Timings
7. Proposed number of attendees

 

A member of the Bayes Events team will be in touch to let you know if we have availability for your booking.

If we do, we will send on our Event Requirement form & Event Risk Assessment for you to complete and return to us. Your event will not be confirmed until these have been returned and a member of the team has sent your confirmation email.

If we do not have space, we will suggest alternative dates for G.03 or other spaces out with the Bayes centre who could assist with your booking.
