Pop-Up Inclusion Matters Seminar Series: Evidence Base Evidence Base has been established to promote and execute a systems based approach to problems of equality, diversity and inclusion in STEM. Our ethos centres around examining the entire landscape of the issue. We want to move away from the ‘deficit model’ of approaching challenges of equality, diversity and inclusion in STEM careers. The solution should be focused on fixing the system, not the individual. This workshop will feature an overview of our research results which focuses on how to improve career progression and access to research funding for marginalised academics, followed by a conversation about the process of using the research evidence to design equality, diversity, and inclusion interventions during the pandemic. Nov 25 2020 14.00 - 15.00 Pop-Up Inclusion Matters Seminar Series: Evidence Base Designing interventions for more inclusive institutions: co-creation and challenges. Online Register
