Codebar Edinburgh workshop About the event codebar organises monthly workshops for people from groups traditionally underrepresented in tech (e.g. women, people who identify as LGBTQI+, people from ethnic minorities, etc.). The format of the workshop is 30 minutes of socialising with food and drink, followed by a lightning talk then coding. In the coding part, you can work on your own project or a tutorial (all programming languages and skill levels are welcome), with the help of an experienced coach. The workshops are an effective way to make progress on a coding project you are currently working on (and perhaps feeling stuck), or to learn a completely new set of skills.
