About Us 

I'm a final-year PhD student in the school of Informatics. Specifically I make counterfactual reasoning models of how people generate explanations but the tools of causal inference are widely applicable to other fields of science and statistics. One of the things I'm most proud of was leaving a professional finance career to go to grad school to pursue purposeful work in research. My biggest hobby is being active in the hills and I'm also into Buddhist meditation.

Problem 

Cancer patients currently have little choice over their treatment plan or how different treatments affect recidivism rates. 

Solution

Inspired by my research, my solution will empower cancer patients with information about treatments and lifestyle choices to allow them to make better informed decisions.
