Problem
We are establishing a testing service that will enable comprehensive diagnostic results to the oncologist within 48 hours, combining tissue pathology (IHC and morphology) and molecular pathology mutation profiling using novel Oxford Nanopore Technology sequencing. This service will serve fast-progressing cancer patients that are currently not served by slow (2-4 week) turnaround time. In future, we will expand it to multi-omic data including DNA methylation and RNA for improved results.
