We can support you across a range of activities: Access to expertise & collaboration We facilitate introductions to academic and research colleagues across the University. Working with academics can take many forms including: Collaborative research funded by research bodies/Government/industry Sponsorship of PhD studentship research projects Partnering with MSc students on short terms research projects Academic consultancy providing expert advice and analysis Access to talent If you are looking to recruit graduates, we will help you find the best way to engage with our schools to access talent. The University’s Careers Service has a dedicated team, specialised in advice and support for organisations thinking about recruiting or developing students and graduates. You may want to consider taking on an intern or working with an MSc student. Data services & training We provide data science solutions and infrastructure working through Bayes partners EPCC and the Data Lab as well as the Edinburgh International Data Facility. We can also introduce you to a number of companies in the Bayes community who specialise in data science. If you wish to upskill your own team in data skills, we offer a wide portfolio of short standalone courses through online or blended learning.
