What problem are you trying to solve?Emotion dysregulation - difficulties managing and identifying emotions - is one of the most common yet neglected challenges for young people with ADHD. Around one in two experience significant problems with emotion regulation, which can lead to depression, anxiety, peer conflict and risky behaviours such as substance use. Yet there are currently no scalable, evidence-based psychosocial interventions designed specifically to support this group.What is your idea?An app designed to help young people with ADHD develop emotion regulation skills in an engaging and accessible way.
